作者簡介
王壽來
國立中興大學法律係畢業，美國喬治城大學碩士、國立颱灣師範大學美術係碩士、博士。長期從事對外文宣及國際文化交流工作，先後擔任新聞局駐舊金山新聞處主任、新聞局國際新聞處處長、新聞局視聽處處長、行政院文化建設委員會第三處處長、參事、主任秘書，現為該會文化資産總管理處籌備處主任。著（譯）有《公務員快意人生》、《和世界偉人麵對麵》、《藝術、收藏、我》、《加油，人生》、《友誼，是最好的禮物》、《英語格言諺語小辭典》、《心靈小劄》、《珍珠寓言集》、《公務員DNA》、《說貓道狗》、《天堂的碎片》等書。曾為聯閤文學、聯閤報、曆史月刊撰寫專欄。一九九六年當選行政院模範公務人員。又為實踐終身學習的理念，五十歲後苦習素描及中西藝術理論，考入師大美術研究所，先後取得碩士、博士學位。

杜布菲（Jean Dubuffet, 1901-1985）
法國當代藝術大師級畫傢、雕刻傢和版畫傢，第二次世界大戰後巴黎畫派的主將。首先利用廢棄物從事創作，1940年代末形成自己的風格，稱為原生藝術（Art Brut），強調揚棄傳統藝術形式，以發自內心的原始欲望及直覺來進行創作。杜氏不以抽象或具象來歸類其作品，一般藝術史將他歸類於「無形式主義」。作品有《地下鐵》、《貴婦的身軀》等。
● 對我來說，瘋狂反是超級理智。正常人個個頭腦不清；正常，意味著缺乏想像、缺乏創意。
For me, insanity is super sanity. The normal is psychotic. Normal means lack of imagination, lack of creativity.

波洛剋（Jackson Pollock, 1912-1956）

The modern artist, it seems to me, is working and expressing an inner world, in other words–expressing the energy, the motion and other inner forces.
