　　为了克服海外投资的风险，外资企业通常拥有经营资源优势，因此在投资国当地的生产表现普遍优于本地企业。本研究利用随机生产效率分析法，针对台湾电子零组件业进行观察。实証结果发现在1986年至1996年间，随着台湾国内市场加快开放步调，外资企业的生产效率之提升却不及本国企业。若进一步观察技术效率与TFP成长，本地企业的技术效率与TFP成长表现在期间内均优于外资企业。此一结果说明外资企业与本地企业之生产力差距已逐步缩减，台湾本地电子零组件产业的生产能力已能迎头赶上外资企业。市场自由化措施显然有助于国内企业加速技术提升，以因应市场的竞争压力。

王文娟

　　国立台湾大学经济学系毕业，日本早稻田大学经济学硕士、国立澳洲大学经济学博士。现任中华经济研究院副研究员。着作与曾参与的研究计画，包括《中共与美、日、新、韩之经济关系》、“Foreign Direct Investment, Spillovers and Catching Up-The Case of Taiwan,”、“Poverty, Inequality and Economic Growth in Taiwan”、“A comparative study of Taiwan's trade pattern to ASEAN and China.”、《中小企业因应劳力短缺的政府辅导措施》等。主要研究领域为外人直接投资、国际贸易、产业政策等。
