具体描述
本书编写之目的即期望借由观光旅游这个有趣的题目，将口说练习加诸其上协助台湾学生克服对口说的恐惧，大声且有自信地讲出流畅的英语。针对大部分学生口说的弱点，在这本观光英语中，我们除了使用一般常见的编排方式，亦即包括了单字、片语及句型之外，每课的最后还有一部分是要求学生以角色扮演方式来做口说的练习。身历其境的反覆练习，必能助同学跨越对陌生语言的障碍。除此之外，每一课也还有额外的活动供教师参考，以增进学生对英语学习的兴趣与信心。本次改版本书保留了上述的优点外，更因应新时代的变化，新增了许多的字汇以及会话的内容，并加入新的插图，以丰富本书之内容，相信新版的书籍必定能够为想要增加自身英语口说实力的同学们带来很大的帮助。
