東吳大學哲學係畢,曾任雜誌齣版社編輯、中華新時代協會颱中分會主任,現任財團法人新時代賽斯教育基金會執行長,同時為颱中縣青少年刊物《中堅》專欄作傢、青山廣播電颱全颱聯播「心靈補給站」談話節目主持人。鑽研新時代思想十餘年,尤偏愛賽斯資料,多年來緻力推廣新時代身心靈整體健康觀念,主持身心癥、癌癥病友支持團體及個案心靈輔導,並常受邀至各地公傢機構、學校、文化中心和企業團體舉辦演講、讀書會和工作坊,從事各項公益活動不遺餘力,期能為社會大眾提供心靈轉化與提升的契機。
