字汇导览解说 Track 01
所有的交易几乎都是从询价或是询问现货状况开始的,虽说万事起头难,但这样的询问难吗?一点也不!但请注意一点,要问就要清清楚楚地问、问得清清楚楚,有了个好的基础,后头才不会有一堆误解出现喔!
1. 说产品:要询问产品,应一併列出型号(Catalog no.)、品名(Product name / Product description)、大小(Size)、规格(Specifications),以及网页连结(Link)等资讯,将产品本体交待清楚!
2. 询价格:既然是询价,当然一定要问问产品的价格(Price),问有无折扣(Discount)好康,除此之外,也要好好了解一下与出货相关的所有成本,像是预估的运费(Estimated freight)、手续费(Handling fee)或文件费(Documentation fee)等。
3. 询供货时间:价格之外的一大询问要点就是现货状况(Availability status)了,也要问问从接单到出货的出货准备时间(Lead time)有多长!
