作者简介

施美怡

　　1979年出生于台湾台中的小康家庭，从小向往能成为独当一面的翻译人才。自岭东科技大学国际贸易系毕业后，随即投入职场，并利用假日于台中科技大学，攻读应用外语系学士学位，没有喝过洋墨水，一路从国贸业务助理到上市公司的国外部业务副理，凭借的是「做中错；错中学」的契而不舍学习精神。

国贸关键字 │寄发产品目录│

寄送产品目录的目的在于吸引买方下单，寄件后当然不希望石沉大海，因此需要主动追踪结果。卖方追踪时可以先告知对方对方寄件日和预计送达日，再确认对方是否收到型录，最后则可表达合作意愿。

国际快递运送时间以台湾至欧洲为例通常不逾7天，再加上给予对方检视目录的时间，因此在寄出产品目录后的一至两週内即可以向对方做第一次的追踪确认。

角色介绍

买方│Buyer: B, ABC Co., Ltd.
卖方│Seller: S, Best International Trade Corp.

情境说明

After sending out catalogues, Best Corp. the seller tracks the results of reviewing product catalogue, ABC Co. the buyer confirms the products meet their needs.
在寄送产品目录后，卖方公司追踪买方公司的回覆，买方公司确认其产品符合公司需求。

情境对话

S: Hi! Tom. This is Tony at Best Corp. I want to confirm if you have received our catalogue sent to you last week.
S： 汤姆 您好！我是倍斯特公司的汤尼。我想确认您是否已经收到我司寄给您的产品目录。

B: The catalogue was received this morning. Really appreciate your prompt delivery.
B： 今天早上已经收到目录了，非常感谢您如此快速的安排寄送事宜。

S: I wonder Whether you have the chance to browse through the catalogue?
S： 您是否已有机会翻阅目录了呢？

B: Yes, we read the catalogue carefully and found it excludes 3/4” ball valve we requested.
B： 是的，我已经仔细看过目录了，并且发现目录中缺少了我司所需求的3/4英吋规格的球阀。

S: Oh no! Please accept our apology.
S： 哎呀！请接受我们的歉意。

B: It’s OK. Please send the missing one as soon as you can.
