作者简介

中华民国笔会

　　由作家、译者、编者组成，为社团法人，亦为国际笔会PEN International之中华台北分会（Taipei Chinese Center）。本会长年关注文学、艺术发展，译介国内作家创作，推动文化外交。

　　成立于1924年，由胡 适、蔡元培、徐志摩等文化人士发起，首任会长为蔡元培。1959年在台复会，历经张道藩、罗家伦、林语堂、陈裕清、姚朋、殷张兰熙、朱炎、余光中、彭镜禧等会长，现任会长黄碧端于2014年12月18日接任，林水福任秘书长。笔会发行之季刊-The Taipei Chinese PEN《当代台湾文学英译》，创刊于1972年秋，早年单行英文，近年增加中文原作附录。发行逾四十年，为台湾最持久不断将中文创作英译，向国际推广之刊物。
