想要烧出好吃的鸡肉料理，除了自身的烹调技术，食材的新鲜也是不可或缺的重要因素。所以如何选购新鲜的鸡肉，并且有良好的保存过程与正确的处理方法，才能让每一道佳餚都能吃得美味又安心。
 
If you want to make a delicious chicken dish, in addition to your own cooking skills, the fresh food material is also an essential factor. So how to select fresh chicken, store chicken, process chicken with the right methods can make every meal delicious and safe.
 
购买地点有冷藏设备
 
选购鸡肉时，应选择管理良好信誉佳的超市、量贩店，有冷藏设备的场所购买，购买鸡肉时，记得回家前最后一站再到超级市场，在超级市场时，最后再把冷冻或冷藏的鸡肉放到推车上。
 
此外，认明外包装有HACCP食品安全系统认证的厂商或标示有CAS的产品，才是安全无虞的鸡肉（例如美国鸡肉通过HACCP食品安全管制系统的品管监测后，会贴有鸡宝宝贴纸）。
 
There Should be Refrigerated Equipment at the Place of Purchase

When you purchase chicken, you should choose a reputable supermarket or discount store under good management and with refrigerated equipment. Please remember to buy chicken in the supermarket when you’re going home right away; in the supermarket, please take the chilled or frozen chicken at last.
 
Moreover, please identify the product with food safety system certification of HACCP or the products which are marked with CAS. They stand for safe chicken (for example, after passing the quality control monitoring by food safety control system of HACCP, U.S. chicken will be affixed with stickers of the chicken baby ).
