梁祖尧(演员 / 厨师)
梁祖尧【演员/厨师】 舞台剧演员。凭《挛到爆》夺得2004至2005年度香港舞台剧奖最佳男主角(喜∕闹剧)。2011年获香 港舞台剧协会颁二十年「最入心男演员奖」。2009年被CNN选为香港20位最瞩目的名人之一。2003年 成立「风车草剧团」,并为该团之创作总监。
除了舞台剧演出外,祖尧亦是人气厨师,其FACEBOOK专页有超过十万粉丝。现于 U - MAGAZINE 编写 饮食专栏,在《信报》和《头条日报》编写文字专栏。ROADSHOW.HK主持了一季13集介绍港产新鲜 食材的饮食节目《原汁原味》。此外,他亦主持了(一季)有线电视烹饪节目《尝。回味》。
