  某些西班牙的橄榄油仍是以传统方式生产。橄榄一旦被採收洗净,压碎后放进芧草制的容品里。橄榄煳被压缩到挤出最大的油和汁出来,接着把橄榄油和汁分离,倒入不锈钢的容器里。接着把橄榄油装瓶,上面以腊密封。橄榄油和红酒不同,开瓶后最好尽快食用。
