  某些西班牙的橄榄油仍是以传统方式生产。橄榄一旦被採收洗净,压碎后放进芧草制的容品里。橄榄煳被压缩到挤出最大的油和汁出来,接着把橄榄油和汁分离,倒入不锈钢的容器里。接着把橄榄油装瓶,上面以腊密封。橄榄油和红酒不同,开瓶后最好尽快食用。

李淑宁


  出生成长于台湾,比利时鲁汶大学硕士,曾任驻法国特约记者,从事法英中翻译工作多年,译作包括《经典设计150年》、《梦想可以成真──苏珊大婶的美声传奇》、《孩子的情慾世界,你知道?》、《奇蹟女孩》、《艺术的热情》等。旅居欧洲十多年后,自2005年定居美国。
