作者简介　

杜桂南

　　台南家政专科学校家政科毕业。自西元1977年开始，在台南外侨社区、台北国际妇女协会、Gateway、Community Center、各国侨民在台的社团等做烹饪示范及演讲，教学经验已有三十余年，现任教于加拿大多伦多乔治布朗学院。

　　着有《Sally Chu掇 Chinese Kitchen》、《轻松做好菜》、《西式料理轻松做》等书。
