吉田企世子 (よしだきよこ)


  日本女子大学研究所毕业后,取得农学博士(东京大学)。2005年,于女子营养大学退休,成为该大学的名誉教授。专攻食品学、食品加工学。主要的研究领域为蔬果品质、蔬菜的营养成分以及收成后的品质变化。主要着作有《おいしく健康をつくる あたらしい栄养学》(松田早苗共着、高桥书店)、《野菜の成分とその変动-土壌环境からのアプローチ》(学文社)以及其他着作。
